Beautiful property, friendly people, we went to the beach every evening right across the street. A quiet, hidden gem in a very busy city. The hotel has the feel of an european bed and breakfast. Beautiful.
Rooms are a bit small, other than that everything was perfect.

We enjoyed the free breakfast which offered a variety of options, including made to order omelets. The hotel had a great location, situated close to a beautiful beach and with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Additionally, the friendly staff provided excellent service to make our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were cramped and had a somewhat outdated feel. Additionally, the security could use improvement as our room was entered without our permission. the hotel had some positive aspects but also some drawbacks that could be improved upon.

There was nothing to like about the hotel, except perhaps the free Wifi. Overall the hotel was worn out and the rooms looked jaded.
The bathroom was so small that one could just squeeze in and hope not to bump into the walls or the WC. The basin is as big as a soup bowl. Overall the room is cramped and jaded and you just want to get out. The hotel is on a side street with no decent restaurants or cafes nearby. The hotel does not have a kitchen of its own or a restaurant, and all room-service is sourced from a nearby restaurant of suspect quality

JC Chalet, located in a prime area of Juhu Beach, offers great value for money. Situated in a quiet alley right across the beach, it provides a peaceful retreat with plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff's attention to detail and warm service create a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms, although cozy, are equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooftop breakfast is a delightful way to start the day.
All was in good condition, no improvements needed.

Most of the staff was friendly - except for the guy who was handling my check-in and check-out. The hotel and its rooms look nice (but for what price!).
The hotel is much too expensive for what you get. Prices are European, but the level is far beyond. I didn`t get a room key and had to ask the staff always when I wanted to enter the room (they told me this is quite common in many hotels, haha!), and they didn`t mention it to me when showing me my room. I had to find out myself when I wanted to leave my room the first time. Beyond that, there was never warm water. One day, there was no water at all (ok, this was probably not the hotel`s fault, but anyway...). Rooms are very small, as written by many reviewers here, especially the bathroom was tiny. The water boiler in my room didn`t work, and there was constantly a "horse stable smell" in it. I really don`t expect much from Indian hotels, but if I pay that much, I expect at least an apology from the hotel for the lack of alleged services. But, as mentioned already, the check-out guy simply ignored my complaints. Never before I met such a non-service- oriented person at a hotel reception. This is probably the wrong place for such person to work.

The hotel is located near the beach, making it very convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The staff were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and everything we needed was available.
Nothing, all was good.

Friendly staff, always happy to help. Clean rooms, fresh towels. cafe staff very accommodating to our taste ie providing non Indian breakfast.
We had no key for our room, always having to ask staff to unlock the door- less freedom, meaning we had to unterupt them.

Quiet area
Far from downtown, no windows in the room, arranged airport pickup and when I arrived no one showed up until I called and found our car was broken which also meant no drop off, staff chatting all night outside the rooms. Not that cheap
